FAQ's about the information requested above.
- What does this cost?
Nothing. You pay nothing to post jobs, hire candidates, or for any of the other
Job Information Exchange services.
- You ask for my email- will it appear on the post even if I don't want it to?
No, your email will not appear if you choose not to post it. Click
here to see a
sample post with no contact information. Click

sample post with contact information included.
- Why is my Email required?
Applicants have the option of sending you their resumes via an email link at
the bottom of the job posting. This email link is to Job Information
Exchange staff. The Job Information Exchange staff will then forward the
resume to the email address you provide. Your email address is kept
confidential and not exposed on this site. You may choose to put your
contact information in your job posting, including your email to allow
direct communication between you and the applicant.
- What is a "Secret Code"?
The secret code is a word you choose that allows you to edit or remove any of
your own job postings when they change, expire, or when the jobs are filled. If you
post multiple jobs, you may use the same Secret Code for each. To edit remove a
job listing, simply find the listing, scroll to the bottom of the page and
enter your email address and your secret code. A window will appear allowing you to edit
or remove the post. If you choose Delete, the post will be removed
immediately. Since this process is automatic, please choose a Secret Code
that will be difficult to guess.
- Do I have to give my company name?
If you do not want to give your company name you may enter "Confidential" or
"None", etc.
- My region does not have States. What do I enter?
You may enter "None" or "NA", etc.
- What do I enter in the Job Description box?
This is where you put the full description of the job requirements and your
contact information if you so desire. You may post multiple jobs here if you
wish. You may type the text directly into the box, or it may be "copied and
pasted" from an external document. If you anticipate making frequent
changes, please keep a copy of the listing on your hard drive. You will find that this is the
easiest way to keep your job postings up to date
